We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out for you. To make it easy to find your perfect pair, we offer FREE returns and exchanges for purchases made only on vionicshoes.com.au.
You may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as the original purchase was made on vionicshoes.com.au. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded. You may also return your purchase to the Vionic Store located in Holland Park West, as long as the items still meet the returns criteria.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.
HOW TO MAKE A
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
STEP ONE:Please contact customer service on 1300 856 226 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a returns & exchanges form.
For a return: Fill out the return portion of the form that was sent to you.
For an exchange: Fill out the exchange portion only on the form that was sent to you.*
STEP TWO: Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging and include the completed form.
STEP THREE: Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and make note of the Australia Post tracking number in case you need to track your package at auspost.com.au.†
STEP FOUR: Drop off your package at any authorized Australia Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show on your statement.
*Exchanges can only be made for the same style or products of equal value.
†If you do not use the provided shipping label and designated shipping method, Vionic is not able to refund shipping charges.
